Many men are weak in bed because the lack the
knowledge of how to train their bodies for a better sexual performance. To be
great in bed, is to be in control of every aspect of your body that controls your
sexual drive. Many at times, men can’t perform well in bed because they think
they have a small penis, or have a poor body image or they can’t perform well
in bed. You can solve all these performance anxiety problems when you get to
know how to master your own body for a great sexual experience. I want us to
learn more about your body parts that are involved when you have sex and how to
train them to understand you.
Anytime you are sexually aroused or you engage in
any sexual activity, there are some parts of your body that are involved. These
parts are the brain, your sexual organs, muscles, lungs, skin and eyes. Let’s
take out time to find out how each work to affect our sexual performance and
how can we train them to respond to our commands.
Brain
Your brain is to most active component of your body
during sex. It controls your erection, ejaculation reflexes and breathing rate.
Many men think it’s their manhood that controls how they perform in bed, but
the truth is, your brain does 90% of the work. If you have an impaired brain,
it will affect your sexual life negatively.
Sex Organs
When I say sex organs, I am talking about your penis
and testis. This two also work at great length to ensure your perform well in
bed. The volume of semen your produce in your testis will determine the
intensity of the orgasm you have. If more blood is pumped into the erectile
ducts of your penis, you gain harder and bigger erections.
Muscles
The muscles in our body that directly control our
sexual performance is the ones around our thighs and buttocks. They work by
relaxing or contracting during sex. If you are able to relax these muscles, you
will be able to last longer in bed.
Lungs
The lungs control how we breathe. During sex, we
tend to breathe heavily. Men that do lots of exercises and have a very
controlled breathing pattern are able to last longer in bed than men who don’t
do regular exercises
Skin
The skin is the largest organ in the human body.
Your skin sends sensory messages to your brain during sex. If you receive too
much stimuli or sensations, you brain intercepts this as the time to ejaculate
and thus begins the ejaculation process. Learning how to reduce the sweetness
or stimuli your skin sends to the brain will also help you to perform better in
bed.
Eyes
Our eyes is our body’ window to the world. About
from touch, it’s sight that begins the sexual arousal process. What your eyes
sees and focuses on during sex has a lot to play in your performance in bed.
How to improve these body parts for a better sex
All these body parts together directly affect how
you perform in bed. If you are able to train your mind, the rest will follow
suit. The best way to train your brain is to engage in another activity whilst
having sex. You could be reading a book whilst having sex. Focus on the book
you are reading and drive your mind off the pleasures you are receiving. With
time, you brain will be under your control and accept when you want to climax.
As mentioned above, do your best to keep your
muscles always relaxed during sex. If you really want to train your muscles and
lungs at the same time, I will advise you to indulge in regular exercises daily
at least 3 times a week. Each training should last at least an hour.
Instead of using your eyes to see through your
sexual anxiety problems, use it to focus on your woman. Look deep into her eyes
and forget any problem that you might be facing. What you see is what you get
so always focus your yes on what pleases you during sex and let everything else
fade away.
If you have an over-sensitive skin, the best you can
do is to tone it. You can achieve this through weight lifting. If this doesn’t
work for you, then you would need to use desensitization creams on your manhood
during sex. You can also wear two or more condoms to reduce the sensations.
Know what touch makes you hornier and what doesn’t and let your partner know.
Now that you know how to understand your body for a
better sexual performance, it’s time you put them to good use. Never think you
are poor in bed. Always see yourself as a good performer in bed and if there is
any problem, confide in your partner. If you are too shy to tell her, stay away
from sexual relationship and solve that problem. You can read more on exactly
